It will be a time of fellowship, worship, and fun that you will not want to miss!
Where:
Jackson area (specific location yet to be determined)
Leadership:
Bishop Sharma D. Lewis – Resident Bishop of the Mississippi Conference
Rev. Dr. Joy Moore – ordained elder in the United Methodist Church, professor of Biblical Preaching, and visiting professor of Religion at Luther Seminary in St. Paul, Minnesota. She will also be leading us in The Festival of Preaching later that same week.
Who is invited to attend:
Mississippi Conference United Methodist female clergy who are:
- Presently serving churches (here in Mississippi and throughout the UM connection),
- In extension ministry appointments
- Certified candidates who are serving a church in October 2024
- Retirees
Please put this on your calendar now and save your continuing education funds for 2024, if you have them. CEU’s will be available. More information will be coming in 2024.
